How to verify a support session

  • 1Confirm the support request came from an existing Maven Imaging ticket, call, or email thread.
  • 2Check that the RustDesk ID/Relay server is rustdesk.161-97-118-191.sslip.io and the public key matches this page.
  • 3For unsigned pilot installers, verify with Maven support before running or installing the file.

What this service does

  • AProvides a Maven-owned RustDesk ID and relay server for approved remote support sessions.
  • BDoes not replace your consent. A Maven technician still needs an approved session path before connecting.
  • CDoes not expose a web admin console at this address. Remote desktop traffic uses RustDesk TCP/UDP ports, not this web page.

The relay is operated by Maven Imaging on its VPS at 161.97.118.191 for customer support workflows.

Customer control

Only accept a session when it matches an active support need and the technician identity is clear.
